To cook 10-12 cheese sticks you will need:
- 200 g. Halumi cheese.
- 1 tablespoon of flour.
- Sunflower oil for frying.
Also for cooking you need:
- Large pan.
- Paper towels.
How to replace halumi cheese?
Other brine cheeses - suluguni or Adyghe. But the taste, of course, will not be so, but still it will be good.
For starters, fill the pan with sunflower oil to a height of about 1 centimeter. Turn on a slow fire to heat.
Then open the packaging of halumi, rinse it under cold water and wipe it with a paper towel. Slice the cheese into long pieces of sticks. You should get about 10-12 pieces.

Fry cheese sticks
Before proceeding to frying, check the oil temperature. To do this, immerse one end of the stick if the oil hissed all right.
Immerse 5-6 sticks and fry them until golden.

After the sticks have reached the standard, take them out and put them on a plate with paper towels so that the excess oil is absorbed.
Fry the remaining sticks.
To make the taste of the dish a little piquant, you can add a little of your favorite spices to the flour before frying.

You can use cheese sticks with ketchup, salsa, adjika and other sauces.
The taste is truly magical and charming.
