If you have a small engine running on low voltage, for example, 12 Volts and itching to use it, then you can make a compact drill. For crafts, you need a cartridge, batteries, a switch, some plywood and a small food container.
The first thing you need to do is to cut out a handle from plywood, which will be the basis, if the material is thin it can be folded in two or three layers. Then, a motor with a cartridge and a box for a battery is attached to the handle, the electrical circuit is connected via a switch and the tool is ready.
A simple hack from improvised materials is not difficult to create, it will always come in handy in the absence of a factory tool and an electrical outlet. The shape and configuration of a hand drill can be changed at your discretion, it all depends on your imagination.
