Using a home-made table clamp, which you can do with your own hands, it is convenient to fix various metal blanks. Moreover, this clamp is universal: suitable for fixing round and shaped pipes, as well as steel plates or strips.

The first step is to prepare the basic workpieces that will be used to make the clamp. First, a stand with a base is made.

A short length must be welded to the upper part of the pipe with a centrally welded nut and a bolt screwed into it. Previously, a through hole will need to be drilled in the pipe.

The main stages of work

Another key design element is the wide grip hand clamp. A metal plate needs to be welded to its bottom handle.

Then it is necessary to weld the clamping jaws to the manual clamp. You can make them from pieces of a building corner.

Next to the plate welded to the clamp handle, you will need to weld a piece of pipe of the required diameter.

At the last stage of the work, it remains only to clean the parts with a grinder and paint with spray paint. After that, you can begin to assemble the device.

In detail about how to make a homemade do-it-yourself table clamp for fixing blanks, you can see in the video on our website.
