If you are a radio amateur and often do something at home, you can make yourself a device that will facilitate the work.
For example, a home-made device for winding coils with a counter in the workshop will definitely not be superfluous. Moreover, such a device can be made from improvised materials literally within 1-2 hours.
For this homemade product you only need to buy some individual components. However, they are inexpensive, you can buy them on Aliexpress:
- digital electronic push counter - $ 3.88-3.40;
- inductive magnetic switch - $ 0.68-0.70;
- round neodymium magnet - $ 1.96-2.00;
First of all, it is necessary to cut the workpiece from rectangular plywood (this will be the base of the device). Then it will be necessary to cut off two more pieces of plywood or a wooden bar. They need to be fixed at the edges of this base.
The process of making a homemade device
Through posts, through holes for a stud are drilled. It will also be necessary to make a holder for a neodymium magnet. It can be made from plywood or, for example, fiberglass. This holder is put on a hairpin.
Next, the master cuts out two round gaskets from a piece of rubber and makes holes in them. Then, two more metal washers must be glued to the rubber gaskets.
When all the parts are ready, you can proceed with the assembly of the entire structure. And first, the master collects the base, and then sets up a digital electronic counter, redoing it a bit.
