In this review, the author shows how to make a convenient and practical organizer for angle grinders from unnecessary pieces of a plastic sewer pipe with a diameter of 160 mm.
For the manufacture of this homemade product, pieces of a polypropylene pipe and the remains of a sandwich panel will also be required.
First of all, using hot-melt adhesive, we connect the segments of the plastic sewer pipe to each other. Between them the author glues a piece of PP pipe.
The main stages of work
At the next stage, it will be necessary to make markings and, using a grinder, cut rectangular “windows” in sewer pipes.
We process the edges with a file. Organizer case is ready. Now you will need to do some more simple operations.
Next, we connect the polypropylene pipe with a segment of the same length using an “adapter” made of 2 corners and a piece of PP pipe.
After that, it remains only to cut circles of suitable diameter from the remains of the sandwich panel.
Glue the resulting shelves to the inner walls of the sewer pipes using hot melt adhesive.
