How to make a delicious carp ear

It is from crucian carp that the most delicious and nutritious ear comes out. To make it rich and aromatic, it is necessary to use fresh fish for its preparation. Cooking such a light and healthy dish does not require much labor.

Ingredients


You will need:
  • medium crucian carp - 0.5 kg.
  • water - 1.5 liters.
  • carrot - 1 piece
  • onion - 1 onion
  • potatoes - 2 pieces
  • pepper (black peas) - 5 pieces
  • bay leaf - 2 leaves
  • pepper - on the tip of a teaspoon
  • salt - 10 g.
  • greens - a few twigs.

Cooking fish soup


We proceed to cooking, step by step recipe:
1. We clean the crucian from scales, remove gills, entrails from it and rinse with clean water.

2. To get a rich ear, put the fish immediately in cold water and turn on the gas under the pan.

3. As the broth boils, make less gas and remove the foam from the surface of the broth. Then we throw the peeled onion and cook on a gentle fire for a quarter of an hour.

4. While the fish is being cooked, chop the potatoes coarsely.

5. Cut the carrots into circles on the floor.

6. So that the fish does not boil, we take it out on a plate and add a little salt.

7. Filter the broth through a colander and throw potatoes and carrots into it. Salt, pepper, throw peas of pepper and bay leaf.

8. After about 15 minutes, as the vegetables are cooked, turn off the fire and return the crucian to the broth. We try the ear for salt. If necessary, salt the broth again.

9. Finely chop the greens.

10. Add part of the chopped greens to the broth and let the ear brew for several minutes to be filled with aroma.

11. Pour the finished dish into portioned plates. Put a piece of fish in each bowl and sprinkle with the remaining greens.

It turns out a rich and fragrant ear, which is impossible to refuse. Even when cold, such a low-calorie and healthy dish will be delicious.
